Please allow up to 7 business days for items to be processed and shipped. All packages are sent via Canada Post. If you require expedited shipping please contact before purchase for a quote.

Local pick ups are available in Toronto and New Tecumseth, please contact before purchase to arrange.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If you require international shipping please get in touch for a quote hello@commonsensepottery.com. All taxes, duties, or fees that may be incurred on international orders are the responsibility of the purchaser.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Refunds and exchanges are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me directly, within 72 hours of receiving your product if you are not satisfied or if your purchase has incurred any damage during shipping.

PRODUCTS

All products are photographed with accuracy, however, colour, size and finish can vary between pieces and may not appear exactly as depicted in photographs. All pieces are made with food safe glaze and decoration unless otherwise specified. It is not recommended to use any piece in the microwave. Hand washing is recommended for all pieces.
